Planning your own wedding can be a fun and rewarding (and cost effective!) activity to do together, but the last thing you should have to worry about on your wedding day is finding the spare batteries, adjusting your table decor, or relaying to the catering team that we’re ready for the next course. This service allows you to plan your wedding but then hand over the reins and the stress to the ThistleBEA coordination team. We create a personalized production schedule, liaison with your wedding vendors, and are onsite for up to twelve hours to ensure that your wedding day goes as smoothly as possible.
With our I Want to Hold Your Hand package, we offer you a tailored wedding planning experience where you’re still the one doing the planning, but you have a seasoned expert guiding you through the process; keeping you on track and accountable; and helping you with some of the leg work. This package also includes everything in the A Day in the Life package! I Want to Hold Your Hand is perfect for the busy couple who want to plan their wedding themselves but don’t have enough hours in the day to sift through 100’s of wedding planning books and websites to figure out what they need to do next.
Does the thought of planning your wedding and staying on budget stress you out? If you said yes, it’s for good reason! Wedding planning can be hard,stressful, and complicated. There are so many moving parts to plan for a successful wedding day (and most importantly one where you get to enjoy yourself). Don’t fret, we have the solution for you! ThistleBEA and Events By Sonaiya are partnering up to offer full panning services, where we can take on planning your entire wedding with you. Not only are we well versed in the wedding world, we also know all the creative DIY hacks to save money on your wedding while still creating the wedding day you’ve dreamed of!
When working with a blank slate venue such as a back yard or community hall, it can be difficult to get your thoughts organized or to know where to start with wedding plans. Come Together is our solution to this struggle! We will sit down with you and get this all put together in one organized wedding orientation package where we build a customized plan of action for your wedding, offer decor inspiration (and DIY hacks to reduce costs when possible), and build you your timeline framework.
Not everyone has a caterer who can (or will) handle rentals for you, making it difficult to figure out how many plates, glasses, or whatever might be required for your wedding. Dear Prudence is our way to help take this burden off of your shoulders. We will manage your rental order from start to finish, including everything from dishware,tents and tables, specialty furniture, and more! As a bonus, we may even be able to save you some money when we work with some of our favorite event partners.
