  1. No Refunds Policy:
Once a purchase is made, refunds are not available. We stand by the quality of our products and services, and any concerns will be addressed promptly within the framework of our policies.

  2. Delivery Address Confirmation:
Customers are requested to confirm their delivery address by February 6th. Any alterations to the delivery address may incur additional charges to cover administrative and logistic costs.

  3. Delivery Timing: 
While we make every effort to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times on Valentine’s Day. However, we strive to work within time constraints provided by our customers to the best of our ability.

  4. Delivery Protocols:

    a. Home Addresses: Flowers will be delivered to the front door. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the flowers will be left outside at the front door.
b. Apartments: We will confirm the buzzer number and deliver to the apartment door upon being buzzed in. If access is unavailable, the flowers will be left outside the main entrance or with the door person.

c. Businesses: Delivery will be made to the reception. We endeavor to hand the flowers directly to the individual, but it is subject to the business’s policies and operations.
